為“提昇機位使用效率,”CX/KA 從2005 年起，就持續地宣導正確使用系統步驟
現再次提醒 :
1. 如有的航班，欲更改，同一天至多只可後補一個航班。如尚未有的航班，同一天至多只可後補兩個航班。
2. 請勿為了查詢票價而訂位，訂位之後立即取消。
3. 請勿早期訂位，到了開票期限，又取消重訂，並一再反覆地同樣步驟，如此會產生不必要的系統使用費用。
CX/KA 會終止一些高取消率旅行同業的系統訂位功能以提昇機位使用效率及控制成本。 敬請留意。
