Please be advised that TICKET REVALIDATION FUNCTION has been activated in Worldspan for Eva Air (BR). All ticketing agents can now revalidate all the BR tickets through the system.

MH REMINDER ON SSR TKNA/TKNE (31 March 08)

Please be reminded that MH only accepts Automated Ticket information format under SSR TKNE and SSR TKNA format. All Other Service Information (OSI) entries on ticketing and other related details will not be accepted by MH.

NO PASSIVES ON E-TICKET

MH has reiterated their policy of achieving zero passives across all markets especially for ET. Please be aware of this restriction and refrain from booking/ticketing passive segments on MH.

AUTO TICKETING TIME LIMIT MH DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

Malaysia Airlines has implemented Auto Ticketing Limit on First and Business Class for all MH Domestic services. Domestic booking will be automatically canceled by MH system once the time limit is reached.

To all Ticketing Agencies,

In order to compile with British Airways local practice, all Hong Kong agencies are not recommended to revalidate BA e-Ticket through any GDSs, including Worldspan.

Please contact BA Ticketing Office at 2822-9000 for revalidation in order to avoid ADM Penalty.
