The email is requesting confidential customer information; such as email, customer sine in and password. All Travelport GDS customers should pay extra attention when opening email-based requests for information,

Emirates re-charges the GDS Wastage Costs to the Agency

Please be advised that Emirates will recharge the monthly "GDS Recoverable Wastage Costs" to all travel agencies. This charge is to recover the fees paid for unprodcutive segments from the GDS.

Turkish Airlines Debit Memo/ Booking Policy

Effective from 27 February 2006, non-productive bookings have been subject to debit memos, which reflected the segment / cancellation fee billed to TK by the GDS ,with an additional processing fee.
As of 03 October 2007, TK will charge 35 EUR flat fee to all booking practices listed in Article II-Booking Procedures .We urge all Travel Service Provider reservation staff to strictly follow procedures and regrettably non-compliance of these rules will result with debit to the service provider. Travel Service Provider will also be prohibited from selling Turkish Airlines inventory.

As a reminder, the TSA Secure Flight program takes effect on November 1, 2010. To ensure minimal service disruption for your travelers, we are introducing our Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) service which will inhibit ticketing for non compliant itineraries beginning November 1, 2010. This date has been brought forward significantly from the February 2011 date we previously advised.
Please use *PSI template to complete the required information, ie Pax Name, DOB, document Type, Document No., Expiry Date etc.
