Air Canada Expands Digital Reach With Full NDC Launch on Travelport

LONDON, UK — October 1, 2025 — Air Canada has launched its full suite of New Distribution Capability (NDC) content on Travelport’s retailing platform, Travelport+, expanding the airline’s digital footprint across Travelport’s global network of travel agencies and corporate buyers.

 

The integration gives Travelport-connected agencies direct access to Air Canada’s competitively priced NDC offers, enhanced merchandising, and ancillary services, enabling richer retailing capabilities and more personalized customer itineraries.

 

In a statement, Keith Wallis, Air Canada’s Managing Director of Customer Digital and Distribution, described the launch as a key milestone in the airline’s digital transformation. “Our travel trade partners are crucial to our success, and now they will be able to easily search, view, and compare our NDC offerings to deliver more seamless and personalized travel experiences for our customers,” he said.

 

The move highlights Air Canada’s commitment to strengthening its agency distribution strategy while aligning with industry-wide shifts toward modern, flexible retailing powered by NDC standards.
